Target is down quite a bit from its high in August. The last earnings report looked great and they even raised guidance, so why is the stock sliding? The Halloween costume thing apparently cost them a chunk in one day. That was weeks ago and people are still selling. The company seems to be doing everything right and the stock just will not cooperate. Is the business actually healthy?
